What we collect

Quote form: the service and industry you select, your company, name, work email, phone number if you give it, project location, timeframe, your description and any files you attach.

Profile form: your name, email, phone number if you give it, country, field, function, experience, availability, certifications, languages, LinkedIn link if you give it, your CV and any other files you attach.

Why we use it

We use quote requests to answer you and to prepare an offer. We use profiles and CVs to consider you for work assignments, on the basis of the consent you give in the form.

We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell them.

Who receives it

Your information is read by the Niroos team. It is stored and transmitted by the service providers that run this website and our email.

We send a CV to a client only when we propose you for an assignment, and we ask you first.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to handle the request and any contract that follows. We keep profiles and CVs for future assignments until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it or to stop using it. Write to info@niroos.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
