Independence rule: we never inspect goods that Niroos has supplied. For those orders, you appoint the inspector.

Inspection and expediting: common questions
What is third-party inspection?
An independent inspector checks the equipment at the manufacturer on behalf of the buyer, against the purchase order, drawings and standards, before it is shipped.
Where in Europe can you send an inspector?
Across Europe. Tell us the manufacturer and the city, and we confirm the inspector and the earliest date.
We are based outside Europe. Can you inspect for us?
Yes. You do not need to travel. Our inspector visits the manufacturer in Europe on your behalf and sends you the report with photos after the visit.
What do you need to arrange an inspection?
The purchase order, the inspection and test plan, the approved drawings and the inspection notification from the manufacturer.
How is the service priced?
Per inspector day, plus travel costs agreed in advance. Expediting can be priced per order or per month.
What is the difference between inspection and expediting?
Inspection checks quality against the order. Expediting checks progress against the delivery schedule. Many clients use both on the same order.
